We usually offer a no refunds no exchanges policy in store, but because you aren't here to physically try them on, we are offering exchanges for store credit!
The item MUST still have the tag on it, and a copy of the invoice must be sent back with your item within 14 days of purchase. We will not accept exchanges on items with the following.
• Any holes or frays that weren't there when the items were shipped, We triple check every item that is sent out.
• Any "worn" looking items. This means anything with stains or an odor.
• We have the right to refuse any exchanges if we see problems with any orders!
• Absolutely no refunds or exchanges on unique (one of a kind) or sequin items!
• No refunds or exchanges on onesize fits all items, or things such as jewelry or handbags.

LASTLY, We are responsible for the "Free Shipping" promo to send you the product, but if for any reason you wish to exchange the item, you are in charge of the shipping of the old product back to us, and the shipping of the new product back to you!
